Real Housewives of NY watch size

Does anyone here watch the Real Housewives of NY? Both Bethenney and Ramona have Cartier tank francaise watches. I have figured out that Bethenney has a small sized gold tank, but does she have a silver one that is the same size as well? Was Ramona wearing a medium sized tank francaise in the last episode (S2E2)?

I thought that both Bethenny (yellow) and Ramona(white) were wearing the largest size Cartier tank francaise..Ramona's has diamonds..And then Betheny also were a stainless or white gold one which i thought was the Patek 24

Thanks so much Prestwick, you are right, one of the watches she wears is a Patek 24, but according to Cartier.com, they don't make a gold large or medium sized tank francaise. Could it be small size?

The first picture in the attachments is the Patek 24, but I am not sure of the sizes of the other watches. Can anyone tell me what size tank francaise they are? The info is greatly appreciated.
