Can anyone tell me where I can find the 07 Cafe Day with original hardware? Isn't Neiman's selling GH only this upcoming season?

The only 2 major stores carrying the Cafe day w/ Old HW are Balenciaga and Barneys will be getting it. Neimans, Saks and Nordies did not order it.
