Re-listings 24 hours after sold

I had been watching a couple of bags in the last week or two that have sold, but then got re-listed within the next 24 hours. Neither listing had a reserve, from what I remember.

There was one over the weekend that had a starting bid of 99 cents and a Buy It Now for $125. The bids ended at about $80. The next day the same bag was listed by the same seller for close to $200 starting bid.

Has anyone else noticed this lately with some listings?

I feel like my eyes are playing tricks on me.

They could be shilling and if there isn't enough action they end up 'winning' the bag. Since the price is too low no point in tendering the runner up a Second Chance Offer.
It has been my experience of late that unless something is super rare/desirable/scarce bidding wars have pretty much gone the way of the bustle
 
My guess is that the winning bidder of the first listing was a shill. Although there's not a huge history, the bidder's only recent history is with this seller:
