Zipper pull broke off, my SA was very nice and offered me a new bag but I was scared it would happen again.
So I retuned it.
But now I am thankful because I'm more in LVoe with my new bag than I've ever been!!!!

No worries on the Voltaire!
My SA said the first batch had the issue but the newer ones are all fixed!
I'm not too bummed because I have a NF and a Totally.
