Rattling motif.

Hey all!
I bought my vintage onyx Alhambra the other day directly from VA boutique. I done a rattle/shake test and it’s making a noise coming from the setting/ stone.
Is this normal? ( I honestly don’t think it is) but what shall I do please?

It's not supposed to rattle, take it in and see if they can fix it

Did you hold both ends of the bracelet when you shake it? If not, it can just be the chain hitting against the motifs or noises from between the links when you shake it holding only one end of the bracelet, not actually the stones rattling. If you have a loupe at home you can check if there are any loose prongs in the motifs. Onyx is a heavy stone and shouldn't make noise or rattle/move around in the settings at all.
