Rare Pieces - what are yours?

What rare or vintage pieces do you all have you in collection? Would love to see them! I have a lot of Tiffany pieces from the 80s and 90s. While some are classics (DBY, bean, open heart, xoxo) I got to thinking about the rarer pieces. I think the 2 rarest pieces I own are the emerald and gold sweetheart ring (early-mid-90s) and an 80s silk scarf (these are not my pics).

I don't know if this is rare. My DH bought this the first year they came out with the Soleste with an aquamarine. They don't facet the aquamarines this way anymore. When I've seen them in the store, the aquas seem to be cut more like brilliant cut diamonds. This stone has a lotus cut pattern. I'm no colored stone expert, just what my eyes tell me.

tried researching this bracelet but i haven't seen anything similar to it.
it feels as beautiful as it is to look at the beads are quartz and lapis
