It is vintage,
I compared it today with Maxi and it is almost the same but Maxy have " wings" and this one keeping really really good shape.
But it is kind of similar.

Gosh, I am crazy for double face bags now

Wow...those 3 rare vintage jumbos are really fabulous. I saw that you have got the red jumbo double-sided which nicole richie has. I only came across once on ebay a few yrs back and it never pops up.
