Honestly, if you have the panache to use it, I think you could. I've seen many a man carry a Birkin wonderfully so I see no reason for a Ricky to not be carried by a man just as well.
If you'd be concerned about anything, it may be the scale/sizing and colours that work for you - but that's a problem shared by both genders and its a nice problem to have!

Go for it! Google image "men with birkins". There are too many to choose from to load here (I lie I've found one). They carry it more naturally than many women with birkins I've seen! Like a Ricky, its a two handled tote. Bulky, great hardware. Beautifully made. I'm insanely jel jel of all these men in the pics and I've never been a Birkin/Ricky girl (I'm more the Kelly school).
Please love it and rock it
(This bag is a bit large TBH if you didn't want to go that big you could certainly go smaller no worries)
