Does anyone know anything about Ralph Lauren bags? I see a lot of them that I think are pretty, but at the same time I don’t see a lot of women carrying them. Just wondering why.

Are you looking at the Ralph Lauren/polo bags, or the more expensive Ralph Lauren Collection bags?
I personally have a few of the RL collection bags ( a black patent Ricky) and a few RL50 bags.
They are very well made since they are each handmade in Italy, beautiful and not as ubiquitous as some other brands.

I was actually looking at the ones they sell in macys, etc. The go for around $200-500.

Lauren Ralph Lauren bags are good quality for the money IMO. They are under the radar as there is mostly minimal visible branding but if you start paying attention you will notice there are quite a lot of them going around. If I decide I need a top handle open top tote LRL would be a likely brand I'd start looking a bag from.

Where are The Sak bags made? I know the crocheted ones are made in the Balinese islands but where are the leather ones made?

I have two RL bags that are part of my daily workhorse bag rotation. Quality and practicality are great in the models I have.

I adore my Ricky bag and love that it's handcrafted in Italy.
I use pouches in mine to keep things organized.
Mine is black patent with gold hardware with a nice smooth leather lining.

I totally agree with you on the quality and beauty of the Collection bags.

I 100% agree as I am adding a few of them to my collection. I am now obsessed with them. Here is one I recently got from The Real Real.
