I would say vintage, mos def. Possibly Chloe or Chanel.

I can't really see properly but could you not just make one out of plaited cord with a tassel on like you would a curtain tie-back or something?

I couldn't see properly from the photo whether it was actually beads or cord but I don't see why you couldn't just get a nice cord tassel and wrap it round.

I've been so in love with that chain tassle bracelet of hers ever since I saw it on her! I spend so much time online looking for clearer picture of it & further info. to no avail!!!
