Actually, Anito Ko is the designer of Rachel's snake bracelets. I loved them so much I paused my TV to take a pic with my blackberry 
I searched and searched until I found where she'd answered a question about them and thats how I found that they are Anita Ko.
Here's the site. Rachel's bracelet is the very first pic that comes up on the website.

If you go futher into the site, click on bracelets and it will show the bangle she wears. Its 18K rose gold with pave diamonds.

The panther cuffs are Anita Ko, as are her pyramid bracelets, but the eagle and snake cuffs are indeed Kathy Rose.

Roseark has so many amazing pieces. I could look at that site all day. The Jennifer Meyer stuff is fab.
