  1. I was diagnosed with RA a year ago and have been on Methotrexate. It has stopped my pain but the inflammation is super high and now they are talking adding drugs. Taking vinegar with the mother is claimed to help, as is stopping sugars and adding certain foods, long list, berries, greens etc... but any one had help with the dietary changes? My RA Dr. insists none of that is proven.
  2. If you google "inflammation diet" you will find lots of info. It helps some people, some people it doesn't, but it never hurts to try! You can also try googling "leaky gut" since there are theories that any inflammation starts with the bacteria in your gut.
