Quotas in European Hermes Stores

Ladies and Gents,

I was wondering are we only allowed to purchase two b/k per year in the entire Europe or it's just per country? For example, if I already got to bags in France, can I still buy b/k in Italy? I remembered someone mentioned to me that different countries have different systems, and they won't know what you have purchased before in other countries.

I believe the systems are linked within all countries using EURO.

I think this quota system for B or K maybe exempt some franchise H stores. Otherwise I believe the systerm is linked within EU.
