Forgive me if there is a thread already discussing this topic. I did a search and couldn't references to what they are other than people discussing being offered one.
Although I've been shopping Hermes for years, it's only in the past year that I was offered a Birkin. I have heard the term quota bag a few times, but honestly don't really know what exactly it means. I assume it would mean a B or K, but how often are you offered a so called quota bag?
