Tory Burch Quick question

I bought a bag at Tory outlet. I decided I wanted to return it. The receipt said no returns to sale merchandise. When I walked into the store they said everything was 20% off. Can I return or even exchange this? I have receipt, packaging etc and have not used bag. Anyone have experience with this?

You should be fine, I've never had issues with Tory Burch CS even when returning or exchanging sale items. I bought a couple things during the tiered sale and wanted to exchange one of them a couple weeks later. They let me keep the discount and applied it to the new item I exchanged it for. Good luck!

Sale items would be specific items marked down, not a store promo. You shouldn't have nay issues IMO.
