Last weekend I 'passed by' the Sloane Street store, and yesterday had to return to do an exchange and ended up with another purchase hehe!!

So in the next box was a purchase originally made last week. I then discovered that I'd been sold the older model and after some terse words with customer service they were miraculously able to find one of newer models despite none being in stock ....
