Questions for people with Chanel brooch

Hej guys
I just got this brooch, but iam having second thought and hoping that some of you can help me.
I want to wear if casual on a jacket or sweater.

So..
- is it to big? If any of you have this brooch or another same size, do you Think it looks to big on you?

- can i wear it with my classic flaps? The brooch looks like to chain, is that going to be to much?


Please any thoughts!

I bought a brooch a few months ago and I choose a smaller size as I’m petite. (One of the rhinestones fell out before I wore it but Chanel is repairing. Yours, without any stones or pearls, is a good choice!) Check out alpa.rama on Instagram. She styles her Chanel brooches beautifully!

I have this exact brooch and love it with an all black outfit and a flap bag. It's less in your face than a blingy one IMO

I have the same brooch. This is one of the most versatile to my opinion. I usually dress casual either on denim or a coat. I don’t see any problem matching with a classic.enjoy it!

The one thing I would have hesitation with concerning this brooch is the leather and how long it wold last. Leather, over time, dries out and cracks, so we condition it to keep it supple. But the metal is delicate and we are instructed to keep oils, etc. off it. So how long can the leather on this brooch stay looking good? Yes, I know it is Costume jewelry, but some costume pieces last decades.
