Questions about the customer service in London

Hey everyone!

Two years ago I bought a Burberry bag in London and the material started to become bubbly. I've read somewhere around here that this happened with some Burberry styles, so I guess it's not my fault - I've been super careful with the bag!
I asked my local Burberry store here in Germany what I should I do, and the woman told me to send the bag to customer service in London.

Has anybody on here done that before? How long did it take for them to check your bag? Do I just send it to them with a letter or do I have to call first?

Any help is appreciated!

the store i work in takes back bags from uk so i cant see why they wouldnt be able to. get the customer number to your area and ask them what they can do

Apparently they can't (or don't want to?) do anything here in Germany...
I sent an email to [email protected] and explained the situation. I hope I'll get an answer soon.
