The measurements show this bag as 15 inches long, which is a good 3 inches longer than most bags I own. I usually shy away from bags that large, but this one is also very thin, so that might balance it out.

For those that own the bag, and typically use smaller bags, does it seem to long? I just don't want my items swimming in a bag as they will most likely just take up half of the bag's length.

Thanks for any info anyone can share.

Not too long at all. Since it's flat when it doesn't have anything in it, once you fill it, it won't seem big or long - it'll just kinda molds around what's in it.

Thanks all! So now the length isn't an issue, and now I am wondering if I will mind too much slouch/not much structure. Brightheart, thanks for the pics--that helps give me a better idea. I only carry a checkbook, mini skinny, a card case that is about the size of a mini skinny, and my phone/keys so I just don't want everything to be swimming inside of the bag. Maybe I can try to see one in person soon.

This is a 'slight' bag in that it's very thin and light. Yet it holds a lot. The bag will look differently depending on how much you pack into it. You sound like you carry very little so it will have slouch etc.

The leather is soft and the bag is foldable! If you don't pack it up (as I tend to do), you can even carry it in your hand or as a clutch, which is fun for a change.

If you're unsure I recommend going to the boutique and try it out in person.

At $198 (for smooth leather) it's really a great bag. I have it in Sea Mist.

I don't carry that much either and the bag is perfect. I posted a photo with my silt daily. It's nude the heading "daily bleeker meets Hermes". The bag is smaller when you are wearing it than when it's flat empty. It's a very unusual bag.

I just ordered a second one I cornflower.
