Question on Watches on Rue La La???

hi,

i've never purchased anything on rue la la. i really want to buy my mom a movado watch on there. have any of you purchased watches from there? are they good? brand new? i just don't like their return policy. this watch is almost $1k. i don't know if i want $1k merchandise credit if things don't work out.

I have not purchased watches from them, but I have purchased other items from them. Everything is brand new. However, I am curious if the mfr warranty is still good if you buy from them - are they an authorized retailer? I know what you mean about the return policy - that is a recent change. I do not like it either! It's one thing if you're buying a $50 shirt, but quite another when it's a $1K watch!
