Question on quota bag

Hello All,

I have a question on quota bag purchase and the ratios.

1. Do we have to spend at one store location to be offered a quota bag?

2. Does Hermès SA in another location have access to our purchase history and does that count towards a bag offer or we need to build purchase history at this new location?

3. Can SA ship outside of their state to the clients who do not have a big purchase history at their store?
