Question on a Classic Black Chevron Flap Style Number

Came across these two numbers, I assume one is lambskin and the other one is caviar. Do they make different style numbers for how the strap is or they're basically interchangeable? (i.e. hand double strap, or shoulder strap?) Someone enlighten me.
