are we still allowed to transfer funds to our bank account if a claim is being reviewed by paypal? There's nothing on my account saying that my funds are temporarily on hold.... so I am okay right? (:::crosses fingers and hopes her transfer goes through:::

Yes you can still transfer funds, just not the $$ paypal is holding.

PayPal will "hold" the amount of the disputed item, and nothing more.
