I received a mini urban w/diamonds for Christmas. I love it but have one question I cannot find the answer to: is the red stem supposed to stay loose when it is pushed in? I pulled it out to change the time, then pushed it back in, but the stem doesn't tighten. It spins freely. Please let me know if yours is the same. Thank you!
