Fendi zucca tote:
Lining Composition: Calf Leather 100%,
Outer Composition: Polyurethane 35%,
Outer Composition: Polyester 16%,
Outer Composition: Cotton 49%

Is this composition any good, i mean, will it be durable enough and last long? I mostly tend to buy only leather items if it concerns bags. So I am really not sure if I should risk and buy this one.

Or would a briefcase with Composition: Polyurethane 100% be better if compared with the tote. I`m not really that great with materials as I tend to choose leather items  So i don`t have any clue how long these both could last and so on.

It's like coated canvas if I'm not mistaken. They tend to last and age quite well. I don't have a tote but rather just a card case for everyday usage.
Coated canvas lasts pretty well and I love them for everyday usage since I don't have to babysit them during bad weather or care about them as much as leather.

The Zucca fabric also can get smudges/messes wiped off pretty easily and that's what I love about it.
