After almost a year of wearing my WG Love bracelet, I'd like to buy myself something new. Once I get my second piece, I don't plan on adding anything else to my collection. Honestly, I feel like having a stack of two is probably pushing what I can pull off xD

But I wanted to add a WG Ecrou. After doing a very basic search on the website I noticed there's a regular version, and a non rhodium version. I tend to like a nice worn in look which I think the non rhodium model accomplishes, right? Is there a difference that I should be aware of?

Anyone have any RL photos of the non rhodium Ecrou?

I'm honestly not sure if the plain old WG love bracelet is plated or not. It's gotten a bit darker since I first got it, and looks more like steel which I actually prefer.
Same. I have the Small Love ring and the Tank Francaise ring in white gold - it definitely looks grayer but as a guy, thought it seems more masculine/ subtle. My new thin JUC ring in WG is still pretty bright.

Then non-plated WG is the way to go. It won't change its look. I tried pre-loved plated wg Ecrou bracelets and they show wear a lot because of so many protrusions that will catch on things, especially in stack. Plated will become bi-color unless you baby it. You can ask Cartier to re-dip it, but it costs money IF they agree to take it for re-plating (they don't want to do non-diamond pieces).
I'm here with you. My Menotte bracelet shows more gray because of wear (nothing deep, just color) and it will pair beautifully with non-plated Ecrou and Harry Winston Zalium pieces. More industrial vibes;)

I recently got both of the ecrou in wg- rhodium and non. Here's a pic for comparison  hope it helps! I personally love how they look and can't choose! Depends on how natural you want it to be i guess  if so, totally go for the non; it's the second one below! View attachment 5640964
Thank you for sharing. Non is not that dark at all. I may just go for it. I hate sending jewelry for polishing and re-dipping, it's a pain and costs $$. I want to wear my stack care-free to hot yoga, pool and the beach. salty and chlorine water tarnish wg and silver pieces but yg and non-plated should hold up just as new.
