For the last month I've been asking my SA to let me know when I could pre-order from the 1854 line. I really wanted the Speedy. He told me it was available to pre-order on a while ago and then said it would be 9/18. He was not responsive this weekend and then today said pre-order started yesterday and said everything could be ordered except the Speedy. Does anyone know anything more accurate than this? Or has anyone been able to order it?

This is totally annoying issue. I asked one of the SAs and she could only tell me that it will be available online before she gets in store. In my understanding, she just told me she knows nothing about it. Totally know your pain.

I ended up not getting it. I had the link to order it yesterday morning but had an appointment in the store when it first opened. Once I saw the color/print in person I realized it was too pink looking for me. I wanted it to feel more burgundy. I will say that the black/white in person is stunning!

Totally unrelated - Anyone using a guitar strap for their speedy? Have seen lots of colourful and exotic ones in Etsy. I have a new classic speedy and I’m going to convert it to a bandouliere with drings on each side. Looking for a funky and edgy straps.
