My leather mixed materials slim trench (85081) from FOS just arrived, and they weren't kidding about the slim part of the name! I ordered a medium, and I almost can't button it, especially across the chest. As best as I can tell, this coat may have been an Asian exclusive, as I can only find it on the Singapore Coach site.
My only other Coach coat is a python blocked trench (86436) in a size small that fits fine. Hence, I expected a slim medium to fit well.
Does anyone know if the mixed materials trench is an Asian exclusive, and if so, if that could account for the big size difference? Or maybe if the size difference is because the mixed materials trench is RTW? Or if "slim" just really, really means slim? I'm just curious, and am wondering if anyone else has run into something similar.
