Question about Shopping Chanel in US

Hello Ladies,

I have a question for my first chanel. I am after a WOC or a Chanel mini in caviar with silver hardware. Sadly it seems that this season the mini's handle is shorter than previous.

Anyhow, I am going to the US and I have seen on the thread that there are several ones in department stores sadly they don't put the location of these.

So my question, is there a way to find which stores have them or how do I order them for delivery to my hotel?

I will be in NYC, Austin, Miami and also will pass by the London Heathrow Chanel store too, so I hope one location has it.

I live in Miami and have seen many WOC. You need to try them on as the chains are sometimes not the same. Go to the Bal Harbour Boutique and ask for Michelle to help you. Good luck, hope you find what you are looking for.

You need to call chanel 1 800 phone number and they will tell you which Chanel boutique carries the bag you want you have to provide the reference number and for department stores you can call one of them and they should be able to locate for you they may ask you for your credit card so they can charge it and send it to you.
Also you can try and ask the person that has posted picture of bag for their salesperson info and see if you can track the bag down that way. Most popular bags here sell out as soon as pictures get posted so good luck with your search
