Michael Kors Question about Selma dust bags

My large violet Selma that I ordered from Mk online store just came today.. It came with a small dust bag .. The sides almost ripped as if the bag was forced in... I bought a large sutton from Macys and it came with a wide dust bag.. I always keep my bags in dust bags and I'm so disappointed that this Selma's dust bag is too small that it's a hassle putting the bag in... Anyone got the same issue? What do you think I should do?

Call MK and tell them they sent your bag with the wrong sized dustbag. They should send you the appropriate sized one in the mail.

They definitely sent the wrong one. I got mine from them today and it was actually in the dust bad when I opened and it was the same size for my suttons. Sorry this happened but they will definitely replace, they have good customer service.

Ok..so I called the Mk customer assistance ..and this is what the lady told me..she said, because of the recent sale,they have ran out of dust bags ( quote "we are behind dust bag production " ) and she said that dust bag is on a first come first serve basis.. She told me to for now she can't put me on send request for a new dust bag on mail since they have nothing left and ask me to keep trying contacting them..or ask me to go to an authorized Mk seller and ask for a dust bag.. I'm like are you kidding me? Didn't let my cool slip and just say ah ok.. Thanks.. So freaking disappointed .. Anyways.. If I go macys are they going to exchange my dust bag? Geezz frustrated !!!

I had the same problem with my malachite Selma shipped from Bloomingdale's. The dustbag was way too small and didn't fit the bag. I went to Bloomingdale's with my bag, receipt, and dustbag and they quickly exchanged it for the correct size.
 
Oh but this one I ordered from Michael kors online store.. She suggested to go to an authorized reseller like macys.. But I don't know if macys will exchange my dust bag.. This is why I hate online shopping :(

I would definitely call back and get another representative, and if they are not willing to at the very least send you a dust bag, they should atleast give you a % off. I have worked customer service and you don't have to be rude but persistent and you will get assistance. So I would call back and ensure I atleast get a discount and then go to Macys for a dust bag, you deserve a discount just for the troubles. Customer service will not usually offer, but you can put it out there that for your troubles you are requesting a percentage off.

Same as mine, The dust bag is too small.. I might ask MK to send me another dust bag.
 
My SA at dillards always has extra's, she said some people do not want them. WHAT!!!!. On two separate occasions she has given me a couple of bags. My mom found a black and white calfhair hamilton in consignment(I KNOW RIGHT), new but without a dustbag, I happened to go to dillards the next day an she gave me 2 large dustbags with the new silver script. I'm trying to get my mom to give me this bag, I need it!!!!
