I have a general question about how one goes about finding an attorney to help a person through the process of selling an idea to a company regarding a jewelry design.
Are there attorney's who specialize in this? The attorney that I would need would be one who can represent the person selling the idea. Do they exist? How would I go about finding these attorneys and researching to pick the right one?
