question about returns after a delayed shipment

Hello everyone, I know that the H policy is no exchanges or returns after 10 days post purchase. However, does that still apply if one purchases items while on vacation and delays shipping because no one is at home (that is, does not receive item until >2 weeks post purchase)? Is it still possible to return for store credit?

Like most things H, it is all dependent upon your relationship with your store. If you have a strong one, they will most likely take a return for store credit. If you can, try to return it to the same boutique where you bought it. Your chances of a return are much greater.

In europe there's no time limit on retourne.
