Question about remote sales

I purchased a bag remotely from the Bal Harbour boutique several years ago and recently reached out to them again to inquire about another bag. They don’t have the color I’m looking for.

I’d like to reach out to the other boutiques in the US to see if they have it in stock, or ideally would like the Bal Harbour boutique to locate one for me. I’m not sure how this typically works with Goyard, though, as I am not a regular customer. Can I ask them to source it for me or can I reach out to other boutiques?

I won’t be anywhere near a boutique for the foreseeable future so my only option is remote sales.
 
They didn’t offer to order it for you with a full deposit? They didn’t add you to a wait list? They just said, no we don’t have it and the conversation ended? How did you contact them? By email? No resolution?

Did you email Goyard and submit an inquiry?
 
I have found the store in Dallas to be very receptive to email inquiries, especially if you have a history with the company. I'd suggest calling them (if there's no answer, email.)

They did not offer to order it for me or add it to the waitlist. Just “we don’t expect a restock at this time.” I haven’t followed up because I really would rather not chase them down to have to spend money.

I also submitted a request on the central product inquiry page on the goyard site weeks ago and haven’t heard back (and I have checked spam).

I’ll try the Dallas boutique! Is the email [email protected]? Thanks for the tip.

Also the Goyard in Bergdorf Goodman in New York is super great. They don’t always have the best stock but it’s worth a shot and they don’t charge the crazy extra fee for distance sales all of the other locations charge.

Update: I tried BG first but they did not have the bag in stock, then tried the Dallas store who replied to my email and they do have it in stock. I purchased today, so should be receiving it soon. Thank you all for your help!

(Also still have not heard back from my original inquiry on the Goyard site from weeks ago, so I am glad you all suggested reaching out to stores directly!)
