Question about online Gucci purchases

I ordered a web exclusive bag but haven't received it yet. Pending that I may not like the bag IRL and may want to purchase one of the bags on sale, would I be able to return the bag to the store or must it be through shipping (I wouldn't mind, just wondering! Thanks).

If you order it from the website, you can only return it by shipping it back. Cannot return to the store.
