Question about my Montorgueil's Leaf

So after our recent trip to the Caribbean, my Montorgueil has acquired a very nice patina, but it did get a bit dirty during the trip so I decided to give the vachetta a wipe with some cotonelle brand, baby wipes...

Now the leaf seems wrinkled and not as smooth as it was before or like the leaves I've seen here on TPF. It's not that big of a deal but it would be nice to retain it's original look. I've had the bag for a couple of months now, maybe my daily cleaning of the bag caused this..? :confused1:

Is there a way to get my leaf back to normal? Thanks in advance for your help!

I think probably the wipes dried it out. I never use baby wipes on my bags because I prefer the natural look of t vachetta (and yes, its natural for it to get dirty obviously). The vachetta on your bag looks "dehydrated", like the conditioner wore off lol and dried out.

I agree with the above poster, try leather conditioner, or try nothing at all to avoid further damage.
