Hi, I'm wanting to get the Hamilton E/W bag and I'm wondering if anyone has the color Luggage? I like it a lot but I live far from civilization so most of my shopping is online. What I find is that most bags I fall in love with rarely look just like the colors online.

Does anyone have a pic of their Hamilton in Luggage they could post? Or if you have the color maybe you could let me know how the bag really looks in person. Is it a little lighter or darker than in photos? It looks a different shade on every site I go to.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

There is a wonderful thread about Hamiltons, the Hamilton Hotties thread. It has modelling pics and there are definitely pics of luggage Hamiltons. I like the luggage color. It's very classic and elegant.

Thank you both very much!
You really can't go wrong with the luggage color. While I don't have a Hamilton, I have "luggage' on many of my bags, in different brands. It is basically the same as Coach's British tan. And the actual color name for it, is "cognac". Cognac is one of the most NATURAL looking colors for leather, whether it be handbags, boots , belts. That is what I like about it so much, is how natural looking it is. It doesn't look dyed or painted, it looks natural. To me it's like the difference between painting you deck green, or staining it a natural wood stain color. I just love the naturalness of it and it often reveals the natural grain in your leather. It's just an over all great color of leather that you can pretty much wear with anything. It has a natural , elegant beauty to it and will always be my favorite.

I have the Outlet version of the Hamilton in Luggage. I also have a N/S Hamilton in Dark Dune. I only have one picture with my Luggage Hamilton. I'll post it. It's a picture of my Luggage, my weekender, my N/S & my E/W in Aqua. The colors are pretty true to IRL except for the Aqua. It showed up lighter & bluer than IRL. I love the Luggage color. It's a really good all around go to color & blends with anything.

Here's an old picture of my large navy/white/luggage Sutton next to my large luggage Selma. Luggage is a nice medium toned brown that goes with everything and can be worn every day, year round. I hope this helps.

I love you luggage Hamilton! I like that kind of Hamilton without the lock, main reason being it has that great center divider, zipper compartment in the middle. Don't you love that?? Luggage is such a pretty elegant color. The only MK bags I have in Luggage are all vintage, but they have held up beautifully. That color just gets better with age, I have found. My Astor is pretty beat lol! cuz I wore it the most, and on the bike. These are some old pics I took to sell them. All my other ones are by Coach, and they call it British Tan, but it's the same thing. Cognac. I never get sick of it.

The Outlet version is the E/W style but is larger than the retail version with the lock. My other 2 Hamilton's are in Saffiano leather but the Outlet is the soft leather. It does get better with age. And the name plate on the front does not pull down like the lock. And yes, I love the divider in it as well. Luggage is a classic color that never goes out of style.

You must really look after your handbags.
They look even better than display in the stores.

Those bags look great. And that color block is striking. Yes, Luggage is a great year round color.
