Question about LV's Papillon 30

I know the Papillon 30 comes with a small little baby papillon bag, which I think is just so cute. I was wondering if it's possible to buy the baby one on it's own or do you have to buy the 30 to get it?

I think you can too. It is listed in my catalog, but the one I have is from 03/04.

What about the 19? I think that one is the cutest!

Thanks, hopefully it is. I love all of the small LVs, especially this one and the mini pochette. Does this baby papillon have it's own name? How much do you think it would be approximately?
