Question about green dot MAC hardware

Hi ladies,

For those of you who have had experience or own a green dot MAC, is the hardware supposed to look "aged" or should it be shiny?

If I am not mistaken, the green dot MAC has brass h/w. So it will look "aged" over time.

I have a green dot mac, it is with the old school brass hardware, the one that tarnishes over time.

yeah - most of my hardware on the green dot has tarnished. The chain is "brighter" than the dogleash clasp at the moment.
