Question about gold hardware...

Hello MJ experts! I just got a few MJ bags with gold hardware and I'm curious about other owners' experiences regarding wear. In particular, has the finish on the gold chain held up ? My mother has a mbmj bag that is about two years old, and the hardware has started to wear and rub off. anyone had this experience and can it be repaired for a resonable price?

hi....i've had my first mj for a year without issue on it's gold chain strap.. you can't throw it around...but it hold up well and i think mj will repaid it but it won't be expensive
