Question about FOS returns and replacement bag

I was wondering--if you return a defective bag and have another sent out to you do you have to pay to have the return bag shipped out to you?

Answering my own question again-you do not pay for a replacement bag to be sent to you. You do pay to return it to JAX.

If the bag is damaged, Coach will/should send a prepaid return label.
