Question about finding a bag that's not available at the store or online....

I'm looking for a bag that was not at my Coach Store or Online....it's the Legacy Shoulder in Khaki/White. If I call them, can they do a search and send it to my store if they find one? Do I have to pay upfront? Or can I pay when it arrives? Thanks in advance!

Yes, definitely call your local store and have them do a search for you. They can either tell you where it's available or give you some phone numbers to call. Once you locate it, you'll have to pay via credit card and they'll ship it to your house or local store for free. If you go through the coach 1-800 number, you'll have to pay shipping.
