Hey all!

So I'm going to use my coupon at the outlet this week. Will the 20% come off the entire bill or do they take it off one item? How does it work? This is my first time doing this so I would appreciate some assistance. Thanks!!!

Yeah, it's 20% off your entire purchase. The discount will show up under each item on your receipt. If something is, say, $250 before the coupon, the $250 price will show up to the right of the item, but just under the item it will say 1@$200. Hope that makes sense!

Yep, they take the 20% off your entire purchase, the only sale items that are not included are Redlined items.....

It always works for me on the clearance items (redline items). The coupon even states that it is good on everything in the store. If it didn't work for you, I would bring it back to the store and have them correct it!!

Be sure to double check your receipt to ensure that you get the add'l 20% disccount. I was about to sign the credit card receipt for my recent outlet purchases when I noticed that the prices listed on the receipt did not reflect the add'l 20% off discount. Apparently, the bar code listed on the bottom of my printed coupon didn't scan properly and my SA had to manually take the discount off each item during a second attempt at ringing up my purchases correctly.
