Question about cleaning HS?

I know you can use a non alcoholic baby wipe on Heritage stripe items to clean them but what about non alcoholic scented wet wipes? Is it ok to use scented wipes? TIA

I could be wrong, but I think I read a post in the past couple of weeks where someone used a non-alcohol wipe & it ruined their bag. I'll try doing a search...

I just use a wet washcloth & it gets everything off my HS bags from dirt to denim transfer.

OP, I was the one who had to return the HS tote in berry twice because of imperfections on the stripe and signature part. I'm still wary while using her (twice so far) and it really is a bummer because I thought It would be a bag I would not have to baby I would try a damp cloth, but would stay away from baby wipes on the stripe part

Thanks for the info. I will stick to a wet washcloth and keep all wipes away from my bag.

I suggest a warm damp washcloth/dishrag as well. Just cleaned mine up! I found that babywipes left my wristlet sticky.

I have the Tattersall HS tote.

I've used baby wipes on mine with no problem but they were alcohol free, unscented, and 'extra mild for ultra-sensitive skin'...thinking about it now, they were probably just paper towels with water, lol.

I think a damp cloth is best. it is pvc coated like the lv canvass so you don't want to use anything that will break that down.
