Hi Ladies, I recently bought a Cartier Love bracelet and already got a scuff on the first day! I am right handed so I wear the bracelet on my right wrist, I use computer alot so the bracelet would clunk on the table when I move the mouse and that was how it got scratched. How do you ladies cope with this problem? TIA

I'm right handed but decided to wear mine on my left with a watch. Less scratches plus it frees up my right wrist for wearing cuffs and other bracelets that wouldn't look right with a Love.

ironically, mine got scratched after i switched from my right to the left (im right handed).

Its true , the first scratch is the hardest lol. but after that, you really will hardly notice it, it becomes a part of your arm almost. and dont worry, scratches just adds to the beauty of this piece.

If yours is big enough to push up your arm when youre typing or writing then that might help.

Get a second one! Really, since my wife has gotten her second love bracelet she notices that they both scratch up less than one alone. She's right handed and wears them both on the right wrist. First one has been on for about 5 years, second just over a year. The scratches just show that you wear it 24/7. Enjoy it!

I push mine up my arm as well, but it's pretty banged/scratched up despite it all. I wear a wristband over my bracelet when I'm gardening/working out, but at work I think it looks funny at the attorney's office.

I wear mine on my right wrist. My desk has a pullout drawer that has a place for my mouse. I place the bottom edge of my palm on the edge of my mouse pad/drawer and my elbow on the arm of my chair. My bracelet seldom hits my mouse pad area or desk.

Totally agree with the others, you are sp protective about avoiding the first scratch and when it happens you are gutted.

One thing I will say is you soon get over it and after this the little scratches really do add to the beauty of the bangle.

Finally, it is always comforting to know that you can have it polished when necessary for a nice spring clean ever so often.
