Question about Cartier Baby Trinity Necklace

Hi everyone
I am interested in the Cartier Baby Trinity Necklace but its over £1000.

Having looked about on the Cartier website, I noticed that if I bought the Cartier Baby Trinity cord bracelet for £355 (took the charm off the bracelet and put it on the gold cable chain necklace for £280 - I feel I could get relatively the same look for a lot less.

So, my question is - is there something very different about the cartier trinity baby necklace that I wouldnt be able to achieve if I bought charm from the cord bracelet and cable chain seperately?

Hope that makes sense, I would love to hear what people think.
