Question about bomber jacket sizing

Hello! I am looking at this jacket on The RealReal and wondering how sizing for these motos runs in Balenciaga?

I have a F/W 2007 Ghesquiere blazer, but it’s size 42! My understanding is that Ghesquiere’s designs in particular ran very small, but I thought I’d ask the experts.

I’m 5’6” 140 lbs, size 27 jeans.

Definitely runs a size small...

I'm usually a FR 36, but size up to a 38 in Ghesquiere's Bal jackets - I'm 5'5.75" and was 113lbs when I bought my 38 moto jacket. It can zip up and it still zips up 5lbs later, but I can't wear a very chunky knit underneath and I couldn't when I was a pinch lighter either.

If you know your French sizing, it's a good jumping off point to get going...
