Question about a Combo Lock on my Bag

I have this bag in the picture, I got it used and there was no information about the combo lock or how to use it, with the bag.

Does anyone know where I can get information on how to set the combination or reset it if I decided to use it?

I have the same problem, but the lock seems to be defective or I don't know how to get it to closed?

No instructions whatsoever!

Just set it to 00 will lock and unlock, easy enough.
