I just received a 2014 Nightingale Micro from Fashionphile. How in the world do you take the shoulder strap off? They removed it on one end, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it on the other. Of course, on the end it's attached, Fashionphile has their tag that -- once removed -- means the bag can't be returned. So I'd like to be careful not to remove that just yet.
