Quality of Chanel Bullskin bags?

Hi ladies!
Are there anyone who owns a Chanel bullskin bag? I am considering the 2019 fall winter chanel bullskin shopping bag large and I am wondering about the sturdiness/ low maintenance of it as an everyday work bag? This is in comparison to caviar leather..

Anyone has the same bag and can share you review? Thanks loadddds in adv!!!

Bullhide is an extremely low quality leather imported from Mexico at low cost. Bulls are killed for their hides at a much older age, and therefore the leather tends to be raggy and full of fat wrinkles (soft spots in the leather).

Wow I had no idea but it makes sense given that the Chanel totes made of bull are usually lower priced

I know it is a old tread. It is very durable and I use for every day work. Bullskin is often used in bags that it can be more durable and give more strengt. And yes a bull is a male cow and a calf is a baby cow males do have thicker skin - I think it is better to kill a older cow than a Baby Cow ... sorry just a little tease.

I have the bag and is happy with it, no damage or flaw to see jet, this is from 2019.
