Quality Issue on These Earrings??

Hey all, I recently purchased earrings sight unseen through Chanel at Neiman Marcus that had to be shipped to me from out of state. Upon unboxing these, they appeared to be crooked. See images below. Am I imagining things? Is this how the earrings usually come? Was considering reaching out to the SA to exchange but they might be htf. Thoughts??

I vote return….but I don’t find costume jewelry to be worth it both in cost and quality.

Yea, I know what you mean. For that reason I'm on the fence on whether to bother exchanging it or returning it altogether. They're so cute though!

Hi I own 3 pairs myself and sadly some of these earrings can be easily bent. Good luck on your decision.

I didn't even try them on because they appear bent. I want to decide whether to exchange or return as I don't think keeping a pair of overpriced earrings is worth it if defected.

Oh no, that's bad news. I have a pair of smaller studs that I haven't had any issues with. Thanks for the input!
